Sign Up Fee:

999 Euro (One time payment, of which 300 Euro processing fee and 699 Euro on boarding fee)

Term:

12 months (Automatic contract extension 4 months before the end of the contract)

Technology Fee:

159 Euro per month (1.-3. months payable Up Front, from the 4th month onwards on the 1st of the month).
Additional the technology fee is either  159 Euro per month, or 139 Euro per month if paid annually upfront at once.

Admin Fee:

750 Euro per year (150 Euro if 1.Valuation closed, 150 Euro if 2., 3, 4. and 5.Valuation closed)

Royalty Fee:

8% from Revenue

Commission billing is carried out by the company headquarters by the 10th of the following month
